The rules for similar bases and different exponent needed for this problem...
(a^b)*(a^c)=a^(b+c) and (a^b)/(a^c)=a^(b-c)
[(8x^4)(4x^3)]/(7x^2)
(32x^7)/(7x^2)
(32x^5)/7
