Why are some U.S. citizens opposed to the USA PATRIOT Act? They believe the government should not be allowed to monitor citizens without a warrant. They believe that racial profiling should be used to protect United States citizens at all costs. They believe gun ownership should be determined by the individual, not government officials. They believe the government should be allowed to monitor citizens' cell phone conversations.
