You are the lord of an estate. During the enclosure movement in Tudor England, what did you likely do with some of your common land?

If I was the Lord of a particular Estate, I would have fixed the papers on my ground rights over the land that I own. During this time period, properties were fenced and were deemed for public use if such practice was not done. In able for me to save the property, I would have fixed the title and declaration of my land. I could have also split my property or subdivided my property into family members and have them named under my consent in order for me to claim ownership on my land.
