First of all, we need to convert 1.3 feet to inches:
12*1.3=15.6
Next, we evaluate using the V=lwh formula
V=l*w*h
l=length
w=width
h=height
V=17*15.6*8
V=2121.6
The answer is 2121.6 cubic inches

The formula for this is
V=lwh
V=17*15.6*8
V=265.2*8
V=2121.6 cubic inches
