I cant see what the numbers are but to find a cube, you do the number times itself 3 times example: 3 x 3 x 3 = 27. For cubing you do the number times itself twice for example 3 x 3 = 9.
I can see the square root though.

The rest you should be able to understand with the explaining. Square root is finding what multiplied by itself is that number. Cube root is what times itself 3 times is that number. Hope this helps.
