x) is an element of a real number. This means it could be an integer, fraction or irrational number.

* As x approaches infinity, y approaches infinity.

* As x approaches minus infinity, y approaches 0.

the domain is all the numbers you are allowed to use for the input without making contradictions or impossiblites such as division by 0 or sqare root of negative numbers

we see that all real numbers will work for x because it won't result in any diviison by 0 or squaer roots of negatives

range

as x approaches negative intinity, the output aproaches 0 (because we get 500(1.08)^-infinity=500/(1.08^infinity) which is basically 0)
as x approahces positive infinity, the output appraochaes infintiy



so

domain is all real numbers
range is y>0 (approaches but does not reach 0)
