A sedan will drive ten miles north, 15 miles east, 13 miles south, 15 miles west, and 22 miles north. The sedan gets 20 miles per gallon, and there are five gallons of gas left in the tank. Compute the relative distance and the total distance. Then decide if there is enough fuel for the trip.

Okay, you do the same thing as last time. You add 10 + 15 + 13 + 15 + 22 = 75. Since the Sedan get 20 miles per gallon and there is 5 gallons left in the tank, you multiply 5 and 20. So, 5 x 20 = 100. So, 100 - 75= 25. After making the trip you can still have enough gas to go another 25 miles. Meaning, you do have enough gas to make the trip. :) Have a nice day!!
