First find the coordinates of the points

(-3, -1) and (3, 3)

The formula for calculating slope is;

\text{slope}=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

From the coordinates;

x₁ = -3

y₁=-1

x₂=3

y₂=3

substitute the values into the formula

\text{slope =}(3+1)/(3+3)
=(4)/(6)
=(2)/(3)
