The answer is D because when you look at an ordered pair it is (x , y) the x stands for x-axis and y for y-axis. The x numbers are the ones on the bottom line going horizontally across your screen and the y numbers are the ones on the left side of the graph going up and down. Therefore when you are looking at (1.5 , 9) you start on the bottom line and go to 1.5 then go strait up to 9 on the line on the left and thats where the point is!
