1 cubic foot = 7.48 gallons

hence

(7.48 gal)/(1 ft^3) =1

unit conversion

$\frac{3000 ft^3}{} * (7.48 gal)/(1 ft^3) = 3000 * 7.48 gal$

3000 x 7.48 =22440
