We have the per hour of each person, then get the average such as shown below:
Instructor Cost = $100/10 =$10 per hour
Rick = $80/9 = $8.88
Steve = $75/ 8 =$9.38
Andy = $60/5 = $12

Average = ($10 + $8.88 + $9.38 + $12)/4
Average = $40.26/4
Average = $10.1
