In 1-10 the prime numbers are (2,3,5,7). so out of the 10 numbers you will pick 2 and and replace 1 so the total becomes 9 and the the prime numbers are 4 so it becomes 4/9

4 out of 10 because the amount of prime numbers from 1- 10 is
2, 3, 5, and 7.
