We need to determine if the system shown is equivalent, parallel, inconsistent or consistent based on their graph.

Equivalent systems are the ones that have the same set of solutions, for two systems to be equivalent we need two different sytems, we only have one on the picture.

Parallel systems are ones that are represented as two parallel lines.

Inconsistent systems are also represented as two parallel lines, because the lines never intersect.

Consistent systems are the ones that have exactly one solution. This fits perfectly with the image, because the two lines intersect only once.

The system is 4. consistent.
