One simple trigonometric identity is:

Tan x = (Sin x)/( Cos x)

Also, from basic trigonometric ratios, we know that:

Tan x = (1)/(Cot x)

Substituting, we can solve and see what Cos/Sin is:

(1)/(Cot x) = (Sin x)/(Cos x)

We can take the reciprocal of both sides:

Cot x = (Cos x)/(Sin x)

So, the ratio of COT is COS/SIN.
