When surplus development of private property occurs, some people in the society may able to own more assets.

But, not many people able to enjoy the increase in assets. Some people in the market actually experience a loss since they lose the economic competition in the free market.

Due to the difference in the amount of resources owned, the social inequality in society start to formed.
