There are four formulas for polygon area.
area = circumradius^2 *n*sin(360/n) / 2
where "n" is the number of sides and we'll assume the radius is the circumradius
area = 12^2 * 6*sin(360/6) / 2
area = 144 * 6 * 0.86603 / 2
area =
374.12496
