Given expresssion:

$12\: /\: 2\: \: *3\: -\: \mleft(7\: -\: 5\mright)$

use the BODMAS rule to solve the expression,

first calculate the bracket,

$\begin{gathered} =12/\: 2*\: 3-2 \\ =6*3-2 \\ =18-2 \\ =16 \end{gathered}$

The answer is 16.
