Line SD is a line of symmetry for figure AXPDZHMS. Noah says that AXPDS is congruent to HMZDS because sides AZ and HM are corresponding.

Identify pair of corresponding sides in the pentagons:

DS and DS

SA and SM

AX and MH

XP and HZ

PD and ZD

Identify corresponding vertices:

A and M

X and H

P and Z

D and D

S and S

1. Noah's congruence statement is incorrect because the corresponding vertices are wrong written in the "name" of the pentagons, and also the corresponding sides he names are not corresponding sides (side AZ doesn't exist in the figure)

2. AXPDS is congruent to MHZDS because sides AX and MH are corresponding
