Nevermind, you can solve it, wait
You need to take the derivative of the function
h=0.01x^2-x+27
derivative by x:
0=0.02x-1
1=0.02x
0.02x=1
x=1/0.02=50
Now plug x into the first equation to get h
h=0.01x^2-x+27=0.01*50*50-50+27=25-50+27=2 inches
