We have the following parametric:

x=(t)/(t+2)\text{ and }y=-(t+4)

Therefore

(x,y)=\left((t)/(t+2),-(t+4)\right)

Let's do it for t = 1

\begin{gathered} \left((1)/(1+2), -(1+4)\right) \\ \\ \left((1)/(3), -5\right) \end{gathered}

Now we can do it for t = 3

\begin{gathered} \left((3)/(3+2), -(3+4)\right) \\ \\ \left((3)/(5), -7\right) \end{gathered}
