The answer which correctly associates a phase of mitosis with what happens to chromosomes during that phase is definitely anaphase: sister chromatids separate. During prophase, chromosomes are condensed in wide range. During the next one, telophase, the chromosomes are far less condensed than during prophase. And during anaphase they are attached to the spindle.
