This is pretty easy. I hope you like fractions. We're using them. (I don't like them but, oh whale)

Let's start with Question 2, it's simpler (word problem wise)

32 pages OUT OF 185 pages
equals to

(32)/(185)
( Another example, in case you don't understand: 126 pages out of 185 pages would equals to
(126)/(185) )

Fractions aren't just for ratios, they are also for division. (Such as,
(16)/(4) also means 16 divided by 4, which equals 4) [4 times 4 is 16.]

So, if you divide 185 into 32, you'll get approximately 0.173
% is a fraction/ratio out of 100. So, we're going to take 0.173 and times it by 100, to transform the answer into a percentage, which will be approximately 17% . So your answer is A.

For Question 1, they're trying to trick you.

You will NOT use the fraction
(527)/(775) because that is for those wo watch MORE than 2hrs.
Instead you'll subtract 527 from 775, to get the number of people for watch less than 2 hours. (Which the question is asking for). Resulting in the fraction
(248)/(775)
If you just follow the same steps from Question 2 above, with dividing the fraction to receive a decimal, and then times it by 100. Which comes to 32%, Answer Letter B

If you need more help let me know :)
