there are 476 workers


since the ratio is 3:4 you divide 204 by 3 then multiply by 4 and get 272

272+204=476

It's 3 men to 4 women.
3 out of 7 are men.
204 = 3/7 of the total
68 = 1/7 of the total
The total is 476.
