How did japanese internment during world war 2 deny individual rights

It denied rights to the Japanese based on their culture and where they came from, but mainly we didn't want the Japanese to attack us from our own backyard, which very well could have happened. Or for them to leave the US and go fight for Japan. But it was unethical and immoral they way they were treated. Hope this helps!
