You always read a line from left to right on a graph. Because the data is moving right and going DOWN, it is a negative linear relationship.

Since I can put a line of best fit through the middle of the data points, there is a strong correlation between volume and temperature.

The explanatory variable is always plotted on the x-axis.

Therefore, A & B
