Why is the KKK and racial groups like that not taken seriously by the government? I understand freedom of speech and stuff but to be real it is one of the most deadly organizations. If a black boy can walk into a store and purchase something and a cop drives by him and shoots him and says he's apart of the kkk, should he and what should he get the death penalty

Because the government wanted people to vote including blacks. but the KKK did not want the blacks and they would kill the black if they tried. but the reason it was not taken seriously is because the government knew that the blacks would stop at nothing to vote.

he should be charged with the death penalty because he was not a threat to anyone he was just going to the store but if he was carrying a bomb or a weapon or something that was dangerous then he would have been able to shot him. murder is still murder even if it is committed by a cop.
