well, there are 12 inches in a foot and three feet n an yard, so there are 36 inches in a yard so your answer would be 1 28/36 or simplified to 1 7/9.

About 1.8 yards
There's 36 inches in a yard, so if you divide 64 by 1.8 you get the answer
