Naomi exerts an acceleration of 40 m/s^2 and Cyrus exerts an acceleration of 60 m/s^2. This difference shows that Cyrus applied more force than Naomi.

First, we find the acceleration for Naomi's force
20/0.5=40
Then we find the acceleration for Cyrus's force
30/0.5=60

Then we subtract them (60-40), which gets us a difference of 20 m/s^2.
