NR = 5x + 16

RQ = 9x - 32

Since all the sides of a rhombus are equal:

NR = RQ

5x + 16 = 9x - 32

Collect like terms

9x - 5x = 16 + 32

Divide both sides by 4

4x / 4 = 48/4

x = 12
