First let's calculate the volume of the pool (cylinder)
V=πR².h==>V=π(8)²(4) = 804.248 ft³.
1 gal in ft³ = 1/7.5 =0.133
The number of galons needed to fill the swimming pool :
804.248/0.133 ===> 6,047 galons
