4/5n-3/5=1/5n

We simplify the equation to the form, which is simple to understand
4/5n-3/5=1/5n

We move all terms containing n to the left and all other terms to the right.
+5n-5n=0.6

We simplify left and right side of the equation.
n=0.6

0=00.6

There are infinitely many solutions because:

4n/5-3n/5=n/5 multiply the whole equation by 5

4n-3n=n

n=n which is always true, so the equation is valid for all values of n so there are infinitely many solutions...
