B. y+4=2(x-5)= y=2x-14

Standard is number with X + or - number with y = #

Y+4= 2x-10
Take 4 to the right change sign
Y= 2X-10-4
Y= 2X-14
Take 2x to the left side change sign
-2X+Y=-14
