I'll help, but I won't give you the answer.
Multiply 5 3/4 by 3 1/2 to get your answer. Or, if you don't have a fraction calculator, convert it to decimals: 5.75 * 3.5

Area of a rectangle = Length × Width
Area of a rectangle = 5
× 3
(Make the fractions decimals)
5
=
5.75
3
=
3.5
Area of a rectangle = 5.75 * 3.5
Area of the window = 20.12500 ft.²
