To answer this, simply multiply the two numbers.
9 and 1/3 x 3.5 = total time x
x = 32 and 2/3 minutes, equivalent to 32 minutes and 40 seconds.

We can multiply 9 and 20 seconds times 3, which is 28 minutes, then add the halp of 9 minutes and 20 seconds onto 28, which is 32 minutes and 40 seconds.
