Multiply the area by 2
45.5 x 2 = 91
Divide by the base
91/14 = 6.5
The height is 6.5 cm
I hope this helps :)

Answer:

Height of the triangle is 6.5 cm

Explanation:

a triangle with an area of 45.5 cm^2 has a base that measures 14 cm

Area of the triangle = 45.5 cm^2

Base of the triangle = 14 cm

Area of the triangle formula is
(1)/(2) \cdot base \cdot height

Now replace all the values in the formula

Area =(1)/(2) \cdot base \cdot height

45.5=(1)/(2) \cdot 14 \cdot height

45.5=7 \cdot height

Divide both sides by 7

6.5= height

Height of the triangle is 6.5 cm
