y + 1 = 8 (x + 7)

Explanation:

point slope form is

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

So replace the y1 with the y point, and the x1 with the x point

y - (-1) = m (x - (-7) )

then replace the m with the slope

y - (-1) = 8 (x - (-7) )

now solve

y + 1 = 8 (x + 7)
