8 bundles because you get 7 and you have 4 leftover so you make one more bundle witch is 8. i am sorry if this is wrong

8n less than or equal to 60
Divide 8 from both sides. So you should have n less than or equal to 7.5
I couldn't do the sign for less than it equal to. Sorry, but hope this helps
