First of all, we need to remember the general equation of a line:

y=mx+b

where m is the slope and b is the intercept with the y axis

Now, we have to give to the equation:

3x-9y=9

The form of the general equation of line like follows:

\begin{gathered} 3x-9y=9 \\ 3x-9=9y \\ y=(3)/(9)x-(9)/(9) \\ y=(1)/(3)x-1 \end{gathered}

Finally the answer is slope 1/3 and the intercept of the Y axis is -1.
