123x - 23(-1 + x) = 14
Simplify.
123x + 23 - 23x = 14
Subtract 23 from both sides.
123x - 23x = 14 - 23
Simplify.
100x = - 9
Divide both sides by 100.
x = -9/100
~Hope I helped!~
