Oooh, functions. Learned quite a bit ago, so sorry if I am wrong.
So for finding the f(x), or y (f(x) just looks fancy, it pretty much means y though) you can plug in the filled out x values into the equation (ex. f(x)=2(-3)+1) for both equations.

When filled out, the first y values would be -5, -3, -1, 1, 3, 5. Since this line is linear, there is always a common trend.
The second y values would be 10, 5, 2, 1, 2, 5, 10. Exponential values repeat after halfway.

Sadly, I cannot show you how to graph it, but use the x and y points to make a coordinate point ad graph it on the graph. This may help you as well. :)
