To solve for w, we need to get w by itself.
Since w is being multiplied by 0.05, we need to reverse that. The opposite of multiplication is division.
Divide 0.05w and 15 by 0.05.
15/0.05 = 300.
w = 300. Hope this helps!

in order to find the value first multiply both sides by 100 to simplify the equation:
0.05w*100=15*100
5w=1500
Next, divide both sides of the equation by 5:
5w/5=1500/5
w=300
The final solution is w=300!
Hope i could help.
have a great day
