The right answer is the First Seminole War. After the end of the War of 1812 excursion from the United States began. The United States and Spain considered an invasion of the Seminoles. Spain ceded Florida to the US because they couldn't contain the invasion. After the US took over Florida, the Seminoles were required to leave the northern part of Florida. They enforced the treaty building several forts in Florida.
