Answer: Nevertheless

Explanation: Well otherwise would be the opposite of specifically, so it's not that one. Similarly isn't similar to specific at all so using that instead also wouldn't work. Incidentally just isn't the correct word you would use in a sentence like that so I would say the answer is nevertheless.
