An average of 2,000 charts need to be coded each month. if it takes an average of 15 minutes to code each chart— how many charts does the average coder code per 8-hour day?

Put 8 hours into minutes which is 60•8= 480.
Then divide 480 by 15 to find how many charts are coded in 8 hours by a coder.
480/15= 32.

So the average worker codes 32 charts per 8-hour work day.
