5x-2y=-4
5x-2(0)=-4
-5x=-4
x=-4/5, so the x-intercept I'd (0,-4/5). Hope it help!

5x - 2y = -4

To find the x-intercept, you make y = 0

So, our equation now looks like this :

5x - 2(0) = -4

Simplify.

5x - 0 = -4

5x = -4

Divide both sides by 5.

x = -4/5

So, our x-intercept is -4/5

* Remember, ALWAYS make y = 0 when solving for the x-intercept*

~Hope I helped!~
