The median is 35
Put numbers to least to greatest
There are two middle numbers
30+40=70
70/2= 35

Arrange the values in increasing order:
{17,23,30,40,44,44}
cancel until 1 or two values remains in the middle:
{23,30,40,44}
{30,40}
since we have 2 values in the middle (Median) find the value between them: 35
The answer is 35
