a. 2x + 5y= 10
5y= -2x+10
-> y= -2/5x+2

b. The slope is 2

c. For the y intecpet, x is always 0

y= -2/5x+2
y= -2/5(0)+2
y=0+2
y=2

(0,2) is the y-interecpt
