((-m)^-3)*n


first we substitute in both "m" and "n" with their respective values.


((-(2)^-3))*(-24)


then use pemdas (order of operations) to solve


-(2^-3)*-24

-(1/(2^3)*-24

-(1/8)*-24

(1/8)*24

24/8=3


3 is the answer
