a) dogs will chase anything that runs because 15,000 years ago dogs where used for hunting so maybe that's why the like chasing cats.
b) dogs are more of an energetic pet that you have to take outside to play with them every day
c)I would say yes because I have seen cats run and jump up to trees and fences.
