we have:

volume circular cone:

\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)\pi\cdot r^2\cdot h \\ V=(1)/(3)\pi\cdot5^2\cdot5 \\ V=(1)/(3)\pi\cdot25\cdot5 \\ V=(125\pi)/(3) \\ V=130.9 \end{gathered}

volume circular cylinder:

\begin{gathered} V=\pi\cdot r^2\cdot h \\ V=\pi\cdot5^2\cdot10 \\ V=\pi\cdot25\cdot10 \\ V=250\pi \\ V=785.4 \end{gathered}

therefore volume of silo is:

V=2\cdot130.9+785.4=261.8+785.3=1047.2

answer: 1047.2 ft2
